Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or USPS unless instructed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the return address provided on your package.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
